How do I return an item?
Custom orders are not eligible for return or refund except for instances where there is a flaw in materials or workmanship which affects the wearablilty of the garment. For orders placed using our stock designs, but customized with names, the customer is responsible for correctly spelling and indicating placement and orientation of lettering. By submitting an order the customer is acknowledging that all information is entered fully and correctly. For fully customized orders, each design will be required to have written confirmation of the design accuracy including color, logo size (if specific requirements need to be met by a governing party) and placement, spelling of names etc. In the event a name is misspelled during print set up, we will replace the garment at no charge. Returns and or exchanges will not be accepted based on incorrect fit. Please email us with any questions you might have about sizing. Everyone is different and although we have years of experience with sizing we cannot be expected to know the shape and size of each person by weight alone. If you are not average height for your weight, be sure to inform us so we can make necessary adjustments. Also if you are very muscular, have a long/short torso, or have any other characteristics which might require special sizing, we should be notified before production. Our singlets do stretch a considerable amount, but the most comfortable fit will be achieved when we have as much information as possible. Non-custom orders are eligible for return or refund.
Non-custom orders consist of singlets or garments which are ordered in standard sizes, without any names or logos added or any other alterations to the original design as shown on the site. Unless there is a flaw in the garment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. Once a product is returned we will issue a refund using the same method the original payment was made, not including the initial or return shipping cost, unless specified prior. If an exchange for a different standard size is requested, we will produce the item (if not instock) at the earliest possible opportunity. We must be notified within 7 days of delivery of any issues with an order.
Payment in full is required before production will be started unless an order is being funded by a school which makes purchases using purchase orders. When a purchase order is used we must receive the PO issued by the schools business office, and mailed or emailed from the schools official address.
* Please note: Due to varying color settings on electronic devices we cannot be held responsible if the item you receive is different from what you see on the screen. We strive to use standard color codes for team apparel, but cannot guarantee that our colors will match items ordered from different suppliers. Looking at a color swatch online will not necessarily give accurate color perception due to varying settings, lighting etc. If you are trying to match other items, you will be asked to provide us with a physical example of items you are wanting to match. We will do our best to match colors, but due to different production methods it is not always possible to get an exact match.
* We will not knowingly print an image that is trademarked or copyrighted. When providing us with images for your design you acknowledge that you own or have rights to use said image in your design. You also acknowledge that you are accepting legal responsibility for the use of those images. For your own protection, be sure you are not using others copyrighted, trademarked or intellectual property. We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce an image or lettering style which we believe or suspect to be owned by another entity.
* Any design produced by us is solely owned by Flexapparel Inc. You are not be permitted to reproduce a design created by Flexapparel Inc. in whole or part unless given specific permission.
